This product is designed for high frequency oscillator or high frequency device testing.
ICT systems tend to have limited test capability in high frequency.
Certain ICT systems can measure only up to 60 MHz. It's impossible to measure under 60MHz frequency
depending on circuit response. OSCILLOS can extend the test capability up to 2.4GHz.
The user should consider internal capacitance sources and the frequency test limitations of test system. This product was designed to solve the above problems.

First, for system intrinsic capacitance reduction, a high impedance linear amplifier was adopted, and under -80dB isolation characteristic can be guaranteed at over 1.5GHz signal. You can select two terminals according to frequency range (SMB and Header Pin).

Second, an ultra high frequency divider (up to 2.4GHz) was used for high frequency testing beyond the test system's normal capability. OSCILLOS provides 256 level scales, but the user can select down to the 128 level by removing the shunt.

Finally, OSCILLOS does not need any extra test source and operates immediately after power on. User can control relay operation with ease during the power test.
