Detecting the output differential pair for a boundary scan device which covers 1149.6 on GenRad test system

Testing House, Inc. has successfully detected the output differential pair for a boundary scan device which covers 1149.6 on our GenRad tester. The method used does not require any hardware or loop back structure which requires fixture modifications. We can detect at device pin or across the capicitor (assuming there is not access on one side of the capicitor). Our test will even detect if the cap is short or open. We capture a sample of the AC waveform between P and N pins of each pair during boundary scan and then compare the MIN, MAX, and Average against the expected values.
